My name is Ross Howard Jones. To people around me, I’m also known as Rosco, Sko, Ho-Jo, and occasionally, Goose. I am a Designer. More specifically, I am a User Interface Designer who lives in Vancouver, BC and works for Strutta. From 9-5 I do things like Information Architecture, Usability Study, Prototyping, Drupal Theming, Art Direction and Front End Development for clients like MTV and Trilogy Studios. I also have the privilege of working with a wide variety of smaller, independent companies too. Around the office I am referred to as Pixel Nazi, CSS 2000, or Darth Validator. Regardless, I love what I do and I believe in doing it well. From 5-9 I seem to maintain my rainman-esque traits, but instead funnel them through the lens of my camera, the foosball table and pretend knowledge of fine wines.
I have a lot to learn and equally, a lot I’d like to contribute. I want to collaborate with companies, people... anyone really, that totally take it on, keep it in perspective and at the end of the day, are inspired by doing really good work.
